Recently, Julie and Stéphanie from the Communications team had the pleasure of facilitating a Climate Fresk workshop for our Board of Directors and our General Manager.

This collaborative and interactive workshop gave participants a deeper understanding of the causes of climate change and its impacts on the environment, the economy, and our communities.

Beyond the learning experience, the activity sparked engaging and inspiring discussions about potential solutions and actions that can be taken both individually and collectively. These exchanges highlighted the importance of mobilizing, innovating, and working together to address the environmental challenges of our time.

At the Caisse, we believe that knowledge sharing, awareness-building, and open dialogue are essential drivers of a culture of engagement and responsibility. By taking the time to better understand the issues shaping our future, we equip ourselves to make thoughtful decisions and take meaningful actions that can lead to positive change.

We extend our sincere thanks to all participants for their involvement, curiosity, and enthusiasm throughout the workshop. Their contributions helped make this activity a true success.

🌎💚 Together, we continue to learn, exchange ideas, and reflect on the actions that can make a difference—today and for future generations.
